To start, go to the Farmer.
After you get 65 thieve from the farmer. Head west and you will see some watchmen. Thieve them till 80.
After you get 80 thieve. Head even farther west till u find the Heros.
Heros give the best xp and cash. 7k xp and 5k gp.
